Relationships, Well Being, Life Long Learning, Citizenship, and Leadership: These are the five Guiding Values of Compass Early Learning and Care, formerly Kawartha Child Care Services.  Each day we reflect on these values to guide our programming and interactions with children.  Through careful observation, documentation and intentional planning, we honour each child’s unique gifts.
