CELC Culture Series – This series is based on the document – Culture at Compass ELC. Each Part of this series will explore the concepts, behaviours and actions within our culture. We will dive into our role and create shared understandings and tools that will enhance and grow a culture where we are present, live into a coaching mindset and build relationships that create emotional safety.

Part II – Living into a Coaching Mindset

Being Creative, Resourceful and Whole, Being Curious and Open, engaging with a learner mindset, seeing strengths, creativity and passion, asking questions that provoke reflection and insight. We will explore the coaching model and how we can use this in our daily practice, developing a strength-based environment where we recognize and honour the strengths and passions of our teams.
