CELC Culture Series – This series is based on the document – Culture at Compass ELC. Each Part of this series will explore the concepts, behaviours and actions within our culture. We will dive into our role and create shared understandings and tools that will enhance and grow a culture where we are present, live into a coaching mindset and build relationships that create emotional safety.

Part 1 – Being Present

Self-Awareness and self-management, noticing and being intentional – This session will explore who we are and how we show up in life. Come prepared to have fun, challenge your certainties and learn about ourselves together with colleagues.
