  • $2 per hour wage enhancement grant for eligible positions
  • $.75 per hour split shift premium for eligible shifts
  • $.50 On-Call Educator Premium for eligible shifts
  • Admin/Pedagogical/Site/Culture Lead positions starting rate per hour is determined based on enrollment and budget numbers for that program.
